SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
We normally ship orders within one business day when received before 2 p.m. local time. Shipping orders placed after 2 p.m. local time will be processed the following business day; those placed after 2 p.m. on Friday will be processed the following business day, regardless of delivery method. In most cases, the shipment arrives within 5 business days for most US states. The available service for shipping is TBD*. The shipping rate will be based on the weight of the contents and destination of the package. The rate for each selection will be reflected in your shopping cart and will update as items in the cart are added or removed. Leader Brewing may hold a shipment during extremely hot or cold weather to protect the quality of items purchased. These occurrences are most likely during summer months in southwestern states, and winter months in northern states. When we temporarily hold your shipment, we’ll notify you by email. We’ll also post a message on LeaderBrewing.com so shoppers know that new orders may be delayed. We offer free shipping for beer orders including two 6-packs or more, in addition to merchandise orders.
We cannot ship beer products to customers located in Georgia, Mississippi, Kansas, Michigan, and Idaho due to state regulations. We apologize for the inconvenience.
*Packages sent to Hawaii & Alaska will be sent by USPS Priority Mail
